REFUNDS, REPLACEMENTS, AND RETURNS
Because most of the products GPI offers are perishable items (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom items (such as items that are personalized or tailored to a specific individual or organization), or personal care items (such as health and beauty products), you are not allowed to cancel orders, and we will not refund, replace, or accept return of any products you purchase through use of the Services. Additionally, GPI will not refund or accept return of any purchase of vouchers or gift cards.
In some cases, however, we may refund or replace certain products where, for example, a product is damaged or defective, or where you have received a product that is different from or that materially does not conform with your order. In all such cases, GPI reserves the right to replace or refund the product at its sole discretion. Please also note that in some instances, where a product you have ordered is not available, GPI may, at its sole discretion, and with or without notice to you, substitute that product with a similar product or instead refund your order. Where GPI chooses to refund a purchase, unless otherwise agreed with you, the refund will be made via the same method of payment you used when you made the purchase.
