How long does shipping take?

Same-day shipping if ordered before noon or next-day shipping if the order is placed after 12pm. Delivery within 2 working days.

How much are the shipping charges?

Currently, the shipping charge is €10 per order. Or free shipping for orders over 130 EUR

Can I cancel or modify my order?

This depends if the order is already packed and shipped or not. Please feel free to contact us at info@gpistore.ie as soon as possible and we will be happy to see what we can do.

I cannot find a specific product, what should I do?

We are always open to suggestions and product requests. Feel free to contact us at info@gpistore.ie and ask us about the product you’re looking for. Please note that we currently do not stock any alcohol. 

How do I place my order?

If the products are on the website and you want to buy them in normal household quantities you can order online at www.gpistore.ie. Should you wish to buy in wholesale quantities please contact us via email at info@gpistore.ie. 

Do you operate a physical shop in Ireland?

No, we do not. The only way to avail of our products is by ordering online at www.gpistore.ie

How do I track the status of my order?

Once the package has been shipped you will receive a tracking number via email.

Do you ship food products from Germany to Ireland?

We ship the products directly from Ireland to ensure swift delivery.

May I ship multiple packages to multiple addresses?

You can either create one online order per address or contact us at info@gpistore.ie and we will assist.

Is there a minimum order amount for GPI?

No, there is no minimum order amount for GPI.

Do you accept orders over the phone?

Due to the high volume of orders, we kindly ask you to place orders wherever possible on our website or contact us via email at info@gpistore.ie 

Some food items are missing in my delivery what can I do?

We are sorry to hear that. Please email us at info@gpistore.ie with your order number and what's missing and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Can I shop without registering on the website?

Yes, you absolutely can. There is no registration required in order to shop with GPI.

Do you deliver outside of Ireland?

This depends on the number of products and the country you wish to ship to. Please contact us via email at info@gpistore.ie for more information. For UK deliveries please visit www.gpistore.co.uk 

Are your products suitable for vegans or vegetarians?

Do you ship over holiday periods?

Our warehouse is open Monday to Friday and we, therefore, do not dispatch over bank holidays or holiday periods such as Christmas and Easter.

Can you ship to a PO Box?

No, we cannot ship to a PO Box. We require a physical address in order to have the package delivered to your door.

How will I know when my order has been dispatched?

You will receive an email with a tracking number where you can easily track the shipping status of your order.

I no longer want these products, can I return them?

As the products are food related the 30-day return window that normally applies to online purchases does not apply here as per our Terms and Conditions. However, we want our customers to be happy so invite you to contact us at info@gpistore.ie to discuss this matter further.
