Our cream stabiliser is not only a popular baking ingredient among amateur pastry chefs. Thanks to the fine powder, whipped cream retains its firm consistency.

One packet is sufficient for 250 ml of cream. Simply add the powder to the cream little by little while whipping.

This is how easy it is to keep your delicacies in shape - even if your visit is delayed.

Tip: Our cream festival also prevents cake bases from soaking through quickly.
